After a solid month of being up on his hands and knees and rocking/lunging back and forth, Tucker has finally figured it out! The child can crawl! I caught this video on Thursday, but he wasn't really sold on it as a viable means of transportation until we were at a friend's house on Friday for a Big Birthday Bash. Maybe it was seeing the other kids do it that convinced him to abandon the cute little "army crawl" he'd been doing since before Halloween. Whatever it was, there's no stopping him now. Well, nothing but the hardwood floors. Fleece is slippery. :) Not only can he crawl, but he can get himself into a sitting position.
He can also get up onto just his knees and then just sit there. And really, he's not all that interested in crawling and sitting. What he would really rather be doing is standing and walking. He isn't quite cruising yet, but I don't think it'll be long. And on top of all this, he got his first tooth on Thursday. We don't have a good photo yet, though. I'll post when I get one.
